Rich Man by Aespa Review

By Jacie Lowry

Rich Man is the sixth EP by Aespa, released on September 5th, 2025.

It features six songs that cover different styles like dance, hip hop, and R&B. The main idea behind the EP is about redefining what it means to be “rich”, not just about money, but about having confidence and self-love.

The members each bring their style to the songs, which makes the whole project feel fresh and fun to listen to.

The songs on the EP are very upbeat and carry positive messages. I really like how the group explores themes like self-worth, friendship, and strength. For example, “Rich Man” is a track that makes you feel confident and empowered, while “Drift” is super catchy. “Angel #48” is a softer song in English that talks about hope and dreams coming true.

Overall, I think each song adds something special, and they all work together to send a message about loving yourself and staying true to who you are.

In my opinion, this EP shows how much Aespa has grown as a group. They are experimenting with different sounds and themes, and it really pays off. The music is energetic but also has emotional moments, which keep it interesting. I appreciate how they focus on messages of confidence and self-empowerment, which are very inspiring. Overall, I think it’s a strong project that combines fun music with meaningful messages. It’s enjoyable, well-made, and full of good vibes.
