Is Lizzie Borden guilty or not guilty?

Lizzie Borden is guilty of killing her parents. This is a story of a very unhappy family. Lizzie, 32,and Emma ,41. Lizzie was seen by her next-door neighbor, and they asked Lizzie “what’s the matter?” that’s when she announces that her father’s been killed. Law enforcement arrives at the scene and stumbles upon a gruesome murder. Two bodies, a lot of blood. There is a husband downstairs, 10 wounds to his head almost half of his head obliterated, and on the second floor of the Borden’s house was his wife. She lay face down with a huge amount of injuries to the back of her head. It seems to me that she is guilty of killing both her parents. I have to say yes, she is guilty. There are honestly many different things that lead me to believe in both that she is and then that she isn’t guilty of killing her parents. I am leaning more towards that she is guilty and here is why; If not Lizze then who?! No stranger was seen entering or exiting the Borden’s home. Nothing was ever said about Abby, Lizzie’s stepmother. What is said to be the one Andrew, Lizzie’s dad married after his first wife, Lizzie’s biological mother who passed away. It is said that Lizzie just did not like her stepmom at all. It is also believed that Lizzie did not even call her “mom.” She called her “Mrs. Borden”. They would often eat their meals separately because Lizzie didn’t like her. John, Lizzie’s uncle was said to be at the Borden’s house around the time of the murders. He told the judge that he was just there to visit family and that he left right before Lizzie killed both of her parents. It’s also known that she had been left out of everything having to do with her father’s money and property that he had. What I think might have upset Lizzie the most is that her stepmother’s family were getting a part of her father’s money/property. If Lizzie was to kill both Abby and Andrew before anything definite was made on his will that she would receive nearly the entire inheritance and finally she would be able to get what she thought was “deserved.” Another reason why I am led to believe that she is guilty of killing them is because she had bought poison before the murders and her family ended up with food poisoning. She burned a dress before anyone could have the chance to examine it. There was a hatchet that was found in the basement of the Borden’s house that looked like the handle had been cut off. If you go back and look at these, nothing adds up. I have had thoughts that it was the uncle that visited the family and I’ve also thought that it could have been the maid that worked for the Borden family. It could be possible that all three of them got together and killed both Andrew and Abby together. If you think about it, there is no way that Lizzie held down her father and killed him all by herself. Either way, she is guilty! I think that the uncle and Lizzie teamed up and planned it that he would come in to “visit” the family and they would kill them. Then they told the maid that if she was to ever say anything that they would also kill her too. The uncle couldn’t really tell the court where he was at the time of the murder which to me is kind of weird. I know I keep on saying things about this person did it and all this but either way even if she did it by herself or not that she is still guilty because she played a part in killing her parents.
