Lately All of West Virginia has been hit by a massive snowstorm as a late “White Christmas.” The snowstorm starts around January 7, 2025, and is supposed to continue until around the 21st, many schools have been closed due to the weather. Our own school last week was closed the entire week and now we are getting 2-hour delays throughout the week of January 15 we’re still getting more snow and 2-hour delays. And after Martin Luther King (MLK) day it is expected we will get more snow and temperatures as low as 12 degrees which will freeze the snow. And as evident from last week the snow froze into chunks like ice causing many problems for people trying to get to work or school.
